The PREPARE sports safety course, developed in conjunction with the National Athletic Trainers’ Association, is an excellent tool to provide you with the basics in sports safety and injury prevention.  As viewed on our website (www.SportsSafety.org), the seven modules of PREPARE were specifically designed with you in mind.  It is the perfect tool educating those in charge of youths what to do and what not to do until professional help arrives and more importantly how to prevent and how to recognize injuries.
