How long should it take the system to “download” my information so I can begin the course?    It may take several minutes for your information to download, depending on the speed of your computer.   How do I start the course?    To begin the course, click on the My Account at the top of the page. On the My Account page, click the Take Course(s) link on the left sidebar. This link will take you to the list of Modules offered in the course. The Modules must be taken in chronological order (1 before 2 and so on). To begin each Module click on the “start” symbol next to the appropriate Module.   What do I do if I forget my username and password?    If you remember your username, you can have your password emailed to you by clicking on “forgot your password.” If you have forgotten your username, you will need to contact us for this information.   If I finish a part of the course and turn off the computer, how do I resume the course where I left off?    To resume the course, log onto the National Center for Sports Safety’s website (www.SportsSafety.org) and follow the prompts to the PREPARE course. Click onto My Accounts and then on the Take Course(s)link on the left sidebar. The link will take you to the list of Modules that you still need to complete.   How do I get my Completion Certificate?    You will receive your Completion Certificate once you have completed all seven Modules. The certificate will pop up at the end of the seventh Module. DO NOT click on the exit symbol before the certificate downloads or you will lose the certificate. The download process may take a few minutes depending on the speed of your connection.   How can I contact you?    Click on the Contact Us button in the main menu.
